Current Strategy: Aggregation of Logistics units or Multi-Let Industrial estates which either carry last mile characteristics today or in the future

Target Locations: Identified cities with supply and demand imbalances across the UK and France.
Current Locations: Peterborough, Cardiff, Bristol, Brighton, Coventry and Paris.
Other Areas of Focus : City in-fill, Strategic Land, and IOS.
Overview: Special situations where credit appetite is low and the equity risk is misunderstood
Strategy: Provide structured credit and/or equity capital solutions to investors, operators and developers in order to complete their business plans to exit
