Tokoro Capital LLP is the investment advisor to the general partner of two funds: TKO-I LP and TKO-II LP.

TKO-I LP has traditionally focussed on core-plus strategies, where as TKO-II LP holds investments with a value-add/opportunistic profile.

All investments benefit from appropriate leverage subject to each fund being capped at 65% LTV (on a weighted average basis).

We deploy in a thematic style, that is research led, identifying secular changes before the breeze becomes a tailwind.

Our strategies could all be described as aggregation and we actively consider portfolio construction at both the strategy level and at each fund to embed resilience through the cycle.

We predominately invest equity but have the ability to provide preferred equity or debt.

The portfolio page can give the perception that we only invest in offices but we invest more widely into student housing and logistics.

We operate the student housing strategy under the Homie brand.
